We’re back at it with another round of customer feedback driven updates and new features for the GoodUnited platform.
This set of updates provides your Challenge Participants and Team Captains with an overhauled user experience. Team management, fundraising, activity tracking, and editing have been merged into a single interface that connects directly with Facebook Messenger.
Keep Your Supporters Engaged, From Start to Finish
The Challenge Hub is the next evolution of the Activity Tracker, providing Challenge Participants and Team Captains with an overhauled user experience. Team management, fundraising, activity tracking, and editing have been merged into a single interface that connects directly with Facebook Messenger.
Sharing similar features and functions that we have been testing through the Activity Tracker, the Challenge Hub was designed around one simple concept: how do we make the supporter experience as seamless and engaging as we possibly can?
Key Challenge Hub Features
The GoodUnited Challenge Hub is a Facebook Messenger Webview that’s fully customizable and seamlessly works with the Facebook Native Messenger Browser experience.
By leveraging Facebook’s native technology and tools, we’re able to provide a peerless experience to nonprofit supporters while ensuring that the Challenge Hub is built to take advantage of future feature updates and enhancement from Meta.
Key Features of the Challenge Hub:
- Improved Teams + Activity Tracking: We’ve created a screen that allows the Facebook Challenge member to see how each teammate is contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Promoting Facebook Fundraiser Team Growth: We've added a persistent button that allows participants to invite friends to their Challenge team directly within the Challenge Hub.
- Enabling Captains to Take Charge of their Team: We're empowering Challenge Captains to get the most out of their team through enhanced team management options.
- Easier Daily Progress Tracking: We’ve added a daily progress screen so that participants can view and edit their progress day-by-day.
- Keeping Fundraising a Top Priority: Starting a fundraiser is vital to the success of Challenges - so we've added a popup that displays each time a participant goes to Challenge Hub until they successfully create a fundraiser. This button links directly to Facebook Messenger 1-click, which makes starting a new Facebook Fundraiser a breeze.
